
One could say this event was organised for the lulz by chance on a random day. Well actually yes. Most minor cosplay events in Singapore are done like that. But I shall save that topic for another day. For now, we’ll move on to the Black Rose @ Liang Court!

Kuro Bara, meaning “black rose”, symbolises revival. And that, would be today’s cosplay event’s theme at Liang Court – to revive what’s forgotten. Which is kinda dumb, and totally uncreative to be honest. Who would consider overdone cosplays to be “revived”. Nevertheless, I attend such events just to give you coverage, regardless of how lame the themes can be.

Yes, this is indeed quite an old release, but nonetheless, a magnificent figure from Kotobukiya. Now that I think of it, it is quite worthy to collect the Shining Wind figures from Kotobukiya for a sense of “completeness”.

“Aaaah…”
Sixteen is a composite number, and a square number, being 42 = 4 × 4. It is the smallest number with exactly five divisors, its proper divisors being 1, 2, 4 and 8. It is also the number for my new age that appeared from this day forth. ^^ To top it off, my birthay falls on the first day of Chinese New Year too. I want my cake!
